The Old Gods Legacy
The halflings made adventuring a critical part of their history until Isra divided the world. Then, the world grew dangerous and the halflings preferred a pint of beer. Their ancestral lands that Isra confined them to made them happy, far from any threat. Isra’s disappearance has hurt them tragically, as they almost universally revere her. However, they still worship her and they have not seen any physical threats as a result of her disappearance. They have stayed in their homes, peaceful. They have grown wary with the rise of dragons after the disappearance of Isra, and so have accepted Elvish protections. However, they still feel safe in their tradition, and view all races except dragons in a positive light, and even a dragon could be honored if the situation permitted.
